This is a role which includes responsibility for the creation of weekly specials, carrying out weekly stock takes and control of the kitchen at this canalside outlet. The successful candidate will have a diligent attitude towards maintaining stock levels and quality control and be fully competent in all standard legal temperature documentation.

An ability to work within budgeted targets to maximise food sales and GP is required and the capacity to manage and train staff.

The successful applicant will thrive on delivering consistently high standards of food and service and working with a great team.

Salary is negotiable, depending on experience.
